Sending Your Rifle – Simple Guide

Please read this carefully to avoid delays with your order.

PCP Rifles

Before sending:

  • No need to drain the air

  • Make sure the rifle is:

    • Uncocked

    • Unloaded

    • Magazine removed from action

What to send:

  • Action / metalwork

  • Buddy bottle or onboard air cylinder (if removable)

  • Magazine (ONLY if:

    • It’s a BSA or Gamo, or

    • You’ve had a magazine issue)

Attach magazines to the rifle in a sealed plastic bag (do NOT leave them in the rifle).

Do NOT send:

  • Stock (unless engraving is required)

  • Silencer

  • Scope

  • Shroud (if removable)

  • Fill probe / fill port plug

  • Any accessories (rails, cases, etc.)

If sending the stock for engraving:

  • Remove it from the rifle

  • Wrap it separately and securely

FX Impact rifles can be sent in their hard case, but remove all accessories.

Springer Rifles

What to send:

  • Complete rifle (action + stock + trigger guard)

Do NOT send:

  • Silencer

  • Scope

  • Any accessories

Accessories

  • Email us a list of anything you include

  • Attach accessories to the rifle in a bag

  • Do NOT leave loose items in the box (they can be lost or cause damage)

Packaging Instructions

  • Use a plain, strong cardboard box

  • Wrap items securely snd separately (bubble wrap/newspaper)

  • For Springers, pack the stock and action separately to avoid chance of stock damage in transit

  • Ensure nothing moves inside the box

If the box has branding:

  • Cover it with brown paper or black wrap

Mark the box:

  • FRAGILE

  • DO NOT AIR UPLIFT

Include:

  • Your address

  • Our address

Important Rules

  • Do NOT send in a gun case/bag (unless required, e.g. FX Impact)
    → £25 charge if unnecessary

  • Do NOT allow items to move in the box
    → Poor packaging = no insurance cover

Collection & Delivery

  • Collection time: 9am–6pm (cannot specify a time)

  • If missed: contact us after 6pm

When handing over:

Ensure the driver:

  • Attaches the label

  • Scans the parcel

Do NOT hand it over without this.

Address Requirements

  • Must be a residential address (legal requirement)

  • Collection & return must be the same address

Can be:

  • Your home

  • Friend/family/neighbour (18+)

If needed, we can use a local gun shop (RFD) (fees may apply).

FAC Rifles

  • Must be sent to and returned via a registered gun shop (RFD)

Booking Process

  • Book online (or call us to book)

You’ll receive:

  • Instant order confirmation

  • Booking date within 48 hours

We cannot start work before your booked date.

Collection Scheduling

  • We’ll email you the Friday before your booking week

  • Reply with your preferred collection day (from Tuesday onwards)

Note:

  • We need 24 hours notice

  • No Monday collections
