Do I Get any Warranty on the work The RAT Works carries out?
Yes all work is has our lifetime guaranty on it, the rifle user will void this guaranty if they or someone
else works on or takes apart the rifle. We can tell and know when someone has been inside a rifle or altered the work we do. In this case you will be charged for new parts or any work under taken to correct
your rifle.
What options do I have for paying for the work carried out on my rifle?
With the launch of our new website you now have two options for paying for your regulating and tuning
work carried out on your rifle.
Option 1 - PAY NOW - this means you pay up front for the work you wish us to carry out on your rifle, after paying and receiving your order will be in touch to organise the next available date for you to get your rifle to us, whether your dropping the rifle off or we are booking you a courier collection.
Option 2 - PAY LATER - this option means that once all the work is complete and the rifle has passed testing you will be required to make a payment before we ship your rifle back to you or when you come to pick the rifle up. For those customers using the Courier collection & return service PAY LATER payments can be either BACS or PayPal, WE DON'T EXCEPT payment over the phone. For drop collect customers we have the facilities to take card payment while you are here or cash is perfectly expectable.
RIFLES WILL NOT LEAVE OUR WORKSHOP WITH OUT FULL PAYMENT FOR ANY WORK WE HAVE UNDER TAKEN ON YOUR RIFLE
