Dropping off & collecting in person

There is a lot of information here, please take the time to read it to ensure there are no delays working on your rifle. We have tried to make this as easy as possible for you to work with.

All work needs to be booked in through our website before we can take it on. If you’d like us to book the rifle in for you, please give us a call and we can book you in over the phone.

When your order has been placed you will receive an email with an order confirmation immediately and within 48 hours a further email from us with your booked in date. We cannot start work on your rifle until this date, so please get out and use the rifle until we need it.

If the air rifle you are bringing to us is currently on ticket (FAC) you will need to bring your Firearms Certificate with you both on drop-off and collection. Without this we will not be able to receive or work on your air rifle.

Please bring your rifle action covered/in a gunbag or gunbox.
