Please read this to avoid any delays with your rifle.
Booking Your Rifle
All work must be booked through our website before we can begin
Prefer to book by phone? Just give us a call and we’ll do it for you
What happens next:
You’ll receive:
An order confirmation immediately
Your booked-in date within 48 hours
We cannot start work before this date, so you can continue using your rifle until then.
FAC Rifles (Important)
If your rifle is on an FAC:
You must bring your Firearms Certificate:
At drop-off
At collection
Without this, we cannot accept or work on your rifle.
Bringing Your Rifle
Please bring your rifle:
Covered, or
In a gun bag or gun box
Please have your order number ready when you arrive
What to Bring
PCP Rifles
Bring:
Action / metalwork
Buddy bottle or air cylinder
Magazines ONLY if your dropping off a BSA/Gamo or if you have had magazine issues
Remove:
Stock (unless engraving is required)
Silencer
Scope
Shroud (if removable)
Fill probe / fill port plug
Any accessories
FX Impact rifles: stock is integral, just remove accessories listed above.
Springer Rifles
Bring:
Complete rifle (action + stock + trigger guard)
Remove:
Silencer
Scope
Any accessories

If you’re unsure how to strip your rifle:
Bring it in and we’ll do it for you
You can take the removed parts home and bring them back at collection
We’ll refit everything for you

Monday–Thursday: 9am – 5pm
Friday: 9am – 11am & 2pm – 5pm
Please make sure you have booked your air rifle in and call before you set off so we know you’re coming.
