Sending Your Rifle (Using Your Own Courier)
You’re welcome to arrange your own shipping. Please follow the steps below to avoid delays.
Booking First
All work must be booked on our website before sending your rifle
You’ll receive:
An order confirmation immediately
Your booked-in date within 48 hours
Please send your rifle to arrive during your booked week.
We cannot start work before this date.
Packaging Instructions
Use a strong, plain cardboard box
Wrap items well (bubble wrap/newspaper)
Make sure nothing can move inside the box
If the box has branding:
Cover it with brown paper or black wrap
Clearly mark the box:
FRAGILE
DO NOT AIR UPLIFT

Important Rules
Do NOT send in a gun case/bag (unless required, e.g. FX Impact)
→ £25 charge if unnecessaryDo NOT allow items to move inside the box
→ Poor packaging may cause damage and won’t be insured
PCP Rifles
Before sending:
We recommend draining the air
Ensure the rifle is:
Uncocked
Unloaded
Magazine removed
Send:
Action / metalwork
Buddy bottle / air cylinder (if removable)
Magazines if your sending a BSA/Gamo or if you have magazine issues
Do NOT send:
Stock (unless engraving is required)
Silencer
Scope
Shroud (if removable)
Fill probe / fill port plug
Any accessories
If sending the stock for engraving:
Remove it and wrap separately
FX Impact rifles may be sent in a hard case, but remove accessories.
Springer Rifles
Send:
Complete rifle (action + stock + trigger guard)
Do NOT send:
Silencer
Scope
Any accessories
Accessories
Email us a list of anything you include
Attach items to the rifle in a sealed plastic bag
Do NOT leave loose items in the box
Final Check
Before sending:
Rifle is safe (uncocked, unloaded)
Only required parts included
Items securely packaged
Box clearly labelled
