Please use the boxes below to complete the warranty repair form. In the relevant boxes please include as much detail as possible to help us get to the bottom of your issue. Include details such as when the issue first happened, how long ago the rifle was worked on, mention any remedial works or alterations you may have carried out since the rifle was last seen by The RAT Works.

You can upload images to this form to help explain your issue further. If you wish to send us a video please email that after the form is complete and please quote the order number so we can link it to your warranty repair form. If the video is too large to send via email, use WeTransfer or similar web based sharing platform to host the video and paste the link to it in the "description of issue" box.

Please make sure you have read through both the rifle care guide and our terms and conditions before you continue, failure to follow the points stated in either may invalidate your warranty.

If no issues are found with your air rifle after thorough investigation, you will be asked to cover the costs of any work we have carried out as well as courier fees (if applicable).
