FX DRS (SUB 12)

Full Service & Setup

With our service we will give the air rifle a full service and then set the air rifle back up to sub 12 power. Your air rifle will also be put on test after the work to ensure the air rifle holds air and performs as we would expect for a sub 12 air rifle. 

With this work we will do the following:
- Give the air rifle a full service, changing all the pressure bearing seals in the action.
- Set the regulator to our specification pressure wise (this will vary depend on air rifle, barrel length and calibre)
- Check the barrel/liner system
- Check all parts of the air rifle for damage/wear
- Power output will be set between 11.4-11.6 ft/lbs with either JSB Heavies 10.34gr in .177 or JSB Exacts 15.9gr in .22. 
- We will also now be fitting the HP plenum to all sub 12 DRS as part of our work as we have found this improves the shot to shot consistency compared to the factory supplied plenum .

Any parts that are damage or worn and need replacing will be chargeable, however we will contact you first before any parts are changed/replaced. 

If any parts do need to be changed/replaced this may increase the time the air rifle needs to be with us due to supplier lead times.

FX Warranty

With all the work we carry out at the RAT Works there is a 12 month warranty on all seals. Please ensure you are familiar with the Rifle care guide, and the information is followed. If any of the adjustments are altered and this leads to leaks your warranty will be void. If you are looking to change your set up or have an issue please contact us first before you alter anything. Custom Engraving

We can engrave either our logo or a logo/image of your choice, this can only be done on wooden/laminate stocks not on 'tactical' or synthetic stocks. We can also engrave on the breech block of the rifle if your chosen design is suitable to be engraved in a small space. We love personalising rifles, the more imaginative and meaningful to you the better!

Cerakote

Cerakote is a thin film coating that will protect parts from corrosion or stop them rusting further than they may have already. Cerakote is available in a range of colours and can be applied to almost anything. 

Cerakote coating can be doing while your air rifle is being worked on.

This is ideal if you use your air rifle out does and in all weathers

All air rifles will need to be booked in through our website first before we can take it on. Once we have received your order we will email, letting you know which week your air rifle has been booked in for.

You will receive a second email, the Friday before the week you are booked in for. Courier collections and drop off appointments are Tuesday onwards each week. Mondays are used to deal with emails and orders from the weekend.
