Advanced Tune

Complete strip, service and degrease

 - Remove burrs and parts polished.

 - Custom top hat and spring guide to reduce spring noise.

 - Make sure trigger is set correctly

 - Delrin piston rings

- Compression tube honed

- Delrin ring fitted to outside of compression tube

 - Lightweight piston modification

All of the above will mean you have an easier and smoother action and shot cycle with reduced recoil and reduced spring noise/twang. We aim to set advanced tuned spring rifle to 11.3 ft/lbs and above.

Piston seal upgrades

With either tune we can now offer uprated pistons seal for your Weihrauch spring rifle. The options are as follows:

Standard seal - The OME seal that your spring rifle leaves the factory with.

Eco seal - This is a uprated version of the factory seal, designed to give you better sealing on the compression tube as well as being harder wearing than the standard seal

Red seal - This is a special design, CNC made piston seal. Made from high quality Molybdenum, disulphide impregnated and permanently lubricated and rated to 1000 bar. This offers even better sealing than the ECO and standard seal as well as being even harder wearing due to the design and martial it has been made from.

Both the Eco seal and Red seal are made and supplied by Custom air seals Australia. 

Custom Engraving

We can engrave either our logo or a logo/image of your choice, this can only be done on wooden/laminate stocks not on 'tactical' or synthetic stocks. We can also engrave on the breech block of the rifle if your chosen design is suitable to be engraved in a small space. We love personalising rifles, the more imaginative and meaningful to you the better!

Cerakote

Cerakote is a thin film coating that will protect parts from corrosion or stop them rusting further than they may have already. Cerakote is available in a range of colours and can be applied to almost anything. 

Cerakote coating can be doing while your air rifle is being worked on.

This is ideal if you use your air rifle out does and in all weathers

All air rifles will need to be booked in through our website first before we can take it on. Once we have received your order we will email, letting you know which week your air rifle has been booked in for.

You will receive a second email, the Friday before the week you are booked in for. Courier collections and drop off appointments are Tuesday onwards each week. Mondays are used to deal with emails and orders from the weekend.
